 Happy Monday Friends! I hope that its' been a good one. Today I'm sharing more about three small business brands. One of them I mentioned on my instagram how I love their tote bag for work; I have been using it constantly. It holds so much and its great for trips too! The quality is absolutely amazing- I was quite surprised. I have quite the tote collection, so I'm very familiar with quality totes. Next up is Mindo Hats- I have a blogpost dedicated to their hats here. I'm wearing one of my favorites and I have a dark blue ribbon on to match my outfit. My hat is custom but all hats come with a beautiful grosgrain black ribbon.

The Coast Brand has become a new favorite- their tops and dresses are embroidered in the prettiest hues and are made in India! It gives me all of the coastal vibes! Its also very breathable linen blend fabric, perfect for summertime here in Florida or wherever you may live.My top linked here  

I recently purchased my white gauze maxi skirt and I love love love it! I've been in need of a new white skirt my other one was worn out and old and doesn't fit very well any more. I purchased this one for a very inexpensive price and its also an extra 15% off. Even better! I'll link it here.

As far as sizing take your true size- I sized up because I wasn't sure- I should've taken my regular size but its better loose than too tight. I'm also wearing the Tall option- Just FYI.

 Of course Lilly, this is my favorite dress at the moment and so is this cardigan. I wear it multiple times a week.

Packing This dress was the best decision I made- I love it so much!

This dress might be sold out- It sold out quickly but it is available in other colors and pretty blue and white stripe too! My favorite cork sandals are so comfy!

Loving this white skirt! It is so elegant! Unfortunately, my purple top is unavailable. It is my favorite Elsa top.

National Wear Your Lilly Day!

 

It’s NATIONAL WEAR YOUR LILLY DAY!!!! AKA the first day of summer, plus Father’s Day. So much to celebrate! I’m totally for celebrating wearing Lilly and making it a National holiday! 

I recently purchased this beautiful turtle printed dress in the most beautiful lilac, purple and turquoise colors. Purple is my favorite color and green is second and I love the two colors together. So this purchase was a no brainer for me.

Hats Hats and more Hats

Hi There! For those of you who have been following along for a while, know that I love hats. I wear them with 90% of my outfits; hats just make an outfit look so put together and so chic.

Pink Magnolias

Sweet, Southern style alert! This dress screams sweet southern charm with all of the feminine details we all love. Love dress is my favorite from the Draper James Summer arrivals. This print is gorgeous! I love it💞 I styled my dress with pearl sandals and a cute hat for a sunny day out and about. This dress would also be perfect for a summer wedding or even for work with a cute cardigan and ballet flats. 

This dress does run true to size and has the cutest ruffle sleeves.

My Vacation Tips

 Hi Friends! I have been in full action mode over here and I'm loving it! So I wanted to share with you my vacation tips to make your vacation time enjoyable and when you return from vacation an easy transition back into your regularly scheduled programming. 

Tip #1 Plan outfits according to activities and your surroundings. Like when mom and I were in Palm Beach, I packed outfits for spending most of our time by the water i.e. Lilly Pulitzer and Sail to Sable pieces.

Tip #2 Make your bed/tidy the house; so that its neat for when you return and it'll be easy to unpack and get back to your regular schedule.

Tip #3 Scope out great places to eat and check out the menus before hand. Mom and I loved the Almond 

I ordered the most delicious Lobster omelette with avocado and bacon. OH MY SOOOO GOOD! We dined outside and it was breezy and lovely.

Tip #4 Explore! Find hidden gems and steer away from touristy areas- less crowds and you'll be surprised by what you may find. Mom and I found the prettiest spots that I've never seen before and I've been to Palm Beach quite a few times. 

Tip #5 Relax- mom and I just enjoyed the warm breeze and found a little boba tea shop and walked around and relaxed by the water. It truly was so peaceful and relaxing and it helped me reflect on what's most important. And embrace all of God's beauty around me.

Tip #6 Download your favorite audiobooks or pick some up at the library. Choose ones with a timeframe according to your travel distance; so that you're not getting too anxious but enjoying the car ride and listening to your favorite stories.

Lastly, Tip #7 Pack some healthy snacks- you never know when you might get a little hungry in between meals; but might not want to stop at every fast food or convenient shop. It saves you time and a little money.

I hope that my tips were helpful. These are what I do make a fun and refreshing trip.

Blue dress and daisies

I have been loving the beautiful new arrivals from Draper James! This light blue and white striped eyelet and embroidered dress is so beautiful and from a few messages I have received; you all are loving it too and have even purchased it. It would make a great wedding guest dress or even perfect for back to school teaching outfit. It also gives me Bell vibes from Beauty and the Beast, so if you're a Librarian this would be perfect for you also. It runs true to size and has a cute tie for a bow for the front or back.

I styled mine with a cardigan, sandals, and hat for a day out in my sweet southern town.

Summer Home Decor Finds

Hi Friends! One of my favorite things about spring and summer is the decor. I love all of the fresh colors and florals. I rounded. up my favorite home decor finds, some I already have and some on my wishlist.

First things first, let's talk fragrance- this Himalayan candle in this wooden vessel is one of my favorite home scents. The grapefruit and pine is the perfect combination of fresh and tropical; just how I like it. I actually have this exact one in my home and the wooden vessel can be reused after the candle burns.

These cute rattan candles would not only make a cute home accent but a great gift too. It would look great styled on a coffee table or fireplace mantle.

Ok, I'm obsessed with this flamingo lamp and it would be so perfect in my guest room, which I'm currently revamping btw.

Loving these lemon candle sticks so retro and chic all at the same time.

I love pretty dishes and bowls and cups. This bamboo lid and glass container is not only pretty but perfect for lunches on the go and storing food. I also love the glass element and try to cut down on so much plastic ware. They also match my juice glasses and it comes in other prints. And the prices are so inexpensive.

Now we all know that I'm a pillow lover and I have a million on my bed and sofas and chairs- it really is a problem. LOL 😂 However, I think that pillows are the perfect and inexpensive way to spice up a room throughput the seasons. I'm loving both of these.

Let's talk about this gorgeous carved mirror- I'm on the hunt for the perfect bedside mirror and this one is calling my name. Isn't it gorgeous?!
