Preppy Summer Stripes

 Summer is here! It’s hot and sticky but it’s ok because we get to wear the prettiest dresses ever! Speaking of pretty dresses, I recently got this preppy colorful striped dress. It’s so lightweight and can be worn as a coverup or styled for a day out like I styled mine. It’s currently on major sale and comes in multiple colors and a pretty medium blue and white stripe. Unfortunately this multi colored one sold out super quick but I love the other colors too! I’ll link it here for you to check out if you’d love one too!

Soft and Neutral- Lilla P.

 Let’s start first by talking about how beautiful this outfit is! I mean really! This beautiful smocked ruffle top and skirt from Lilla P. is absolutely stunning 😍 the feminine touches, the class yet chic style and let’s not forget the lightweight material which we all need with Summer fast approaching. It’s actually already here in Florida. However, these pieces can be styled separately and with other pieces  I paired mine together for a more monochromatic look. Both pieces come in other colors and stay tuned for other ways that I’ll be styling these and mixing and matching them. The color I’m wearing is called cameo and it’s the perfect cream color. The skirt and top run true to size. You can dress it up or down- I styled mine more casually with these $15 gold sandals that are very comfortable by the way. Blue orchid Dress

 Happiest of Mondays to you all and thanks for stopping by! We all know I'm a huge dress lover and collect printed ones with lots of color, in particular. 

Draper James recently launched a beautiful new line of dresses and this one is included. It has the prettiest bright blue orchid print and I'm loving it! This dress would also make a great summer wedding dress with the puff elbow sleeve and its a wrap style with the option to tie on the side. 

I wore mine around my home and in my reading nook and it made me feel like a walking flower.🌼

Flowy Outfit for warm Days

 Hello Friends! It’s has been warm here in Florida and summer is weeks away! But after being a native here, you get used to it..... sorta. 

During the warmer months I love wearing flowy, breezy, yet chic outfits and this one is all of it! 

This white organza skirt from Abbey Glass is STUNNING! No drama, purely STUNNING! It can easily be dressed up or down like I’ve done with this chambray top and a fun sun hat. 

I brought along my new favorite cashmere-cotton blend cardigan from J.Crew because ya know... Florida girl☀️ 

The Brand Abbey Glass has so many new pieces including this skirt- you need it for your next party or just because. Abbey Glass is a female founded because that started in 2015 and is Southern Living Tastemaker. Which is so perfect because I styled this outfit just for porch sitting in a little nearby Southern town💜

My Chambray Tencel top is a “must have” it’s definitely a closet staple and it’s soooo soft. Bonus: it’s on sale! Chambray goes with everything stay tuned I’ll be styling it other ways  in the meantime you can find it here.

 Spring is officially here! Spring is my second favorite season- The early part of spring is the best. Its not too hot or too cold- It's Goldilocks style (Just Right)😆 My most favorite is all of the bright florals and colors in fashion. You all know how much I love wearing color. ALOT! There are so many beautiful new arrivals from some of my favorites. I rounded the prettiest florals and solids that I'm loving. Everything is linked for you. Styling Neutrals and Basics

Hello! Welcome to my color styling series- The first of hopefully many. I wanted to do color styling segments in both Interiors and Outfits, to provide inspiration to you in whatever colors you love or lean towards in Fashion or Interiors. So with that being said, Lets take a look to see how I styled this mostly white outfit. 

Spring time is the perfect time to pickup/replenish those basics that we wear over and over again and are classics and closet staples. This lightweight, white blouse is a fresh take on your basic button shirt; with the tiny little details that add so much detail. I styled mine with an off white maxi skirt (size up) and some raffia sandals that I love and have had since last year; however, here is a similar one. And also, one of my favorite hat styles-the fedora.

White button downs are such a staple and can be worn with so many different ways. I did a little French tuck and tied in the front too! It can be worn with denim, over a maxi and with other printed skirts- The styling options are endless. They are also perfect for those sweltering hots months that we experience here in the South.

Purple Gingham Tote - Barrington

Hello Hello Hello! I'm in full on spring mode over her. And nothings screams spring more than gingham, am I right?! a few weeks ago I got my new Barrington purple gingham tote delivered straight to my door. And you all know my love for purple- IT IS THE BEST COLOR EVER! I love this style of tote and it fits so much (I carry ALL of the things.)BTW, there's a zipper option too. Two year Anniversary in the Bungalow

Hi Friends!  Today marks the 2 year anniversary of signing papers and closing on my sweet little 1930’s bungalow. I’m beyond grateful for this home and feel blessed to live here. It’s amazing how far it’s come and how much I’ve renovated. It’s been the best journey and the design process has been so fun!

Purple Lightweight sweater

Hi There!

As the days stay a little bit lighter everyday, the trees start to turn that bright green with new leaves, and all of the colorful flower buds start peeking out. I'm starting to put away all of my heavy clothing and pull out my lightweight and colorful sweaters. My favorite color in the world is purple; so when I saw that one of my favorite Brands came out with a dark purple sweater, I knew that I had to have it! The weather right now is so perfect, it's not too hot or too cold. So lightweight sweaters are totally what I've been wearing of late. I paired my sweater with my favorite dark purple satin slides (from a couple years ago, so no longer available and my favorite ivory maxi skirt.  There are very few sizes left so if you'd like one, RUN! I'm also loving this ombre purple sweater too!

Glimpse of Spring

 Happy Friday Eve Friends! There are so many signs of spring in my yard and neighborhood. I'm also bringing out favorite spring wardrobe pieces like dresses, sandals and pretty pastels. I'm a huge Dress and sandal wearer, that's usually what I stick to during warmer months which is almost year round. I was recently gifted these Super cute cork sandals from Jack Rogers. And I'm Loving these sandals and have been wearing them non stop since receiving them. They truly are so comfortable and the price is so amazing under $100. I'm a true Jack Rogers fan and have a pretty platinum sandal as well. I also love the Cork because its a fun texture to a classic style shoe and it matches everything.

Colors of Spring

 Hello on this beautiful Thursday! The sun is shining, the air is crisp, and my soul is so happy with this weather. Although, there is some pollen out so my my poor nose is not liking that part-lol😆 But anyway, with the coming spring season, comes pollen and beautiful colorful clothing pieces and home pieces. I'll take the color any day! I love color-in case you couldn't tell.
